Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you use VeriSight. They're short and written to be read.

01Who VeriSight is for

VeriSight is built for compliance, audit and investigation teams who review images submitted as evidence, such as receipts, invoices, badges and meeting photos. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you're authorized to do so.

By using VeriSight you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

02What VeriSight does

VeriSight runs three checks on one image: the AI check scores how likely it is to be AI-generated or AI-edited, the tamper check outlines regions that look edited with image software, and the visual review computes four views for a person to inspect. Each analysis stands alone. There are no accounts and no history. How it works explains each step.

03Results are evidence, not proof

All three checks can be wrong. They can miss images that were generated or edited, and they can flag images that are authentic. The limits on the homepage explain where detection falls short. You agree that:

  • you'll treat each result as one piece of evidence and corroborate it before acting on it;
  • you won't base a decision that significantly affects a person, such as disciplinary action, rejecting a claim or reporting misconduct, on a VeriSight result alone;
  • a qualified person in your team stays responsible for the conclusion.

VeriSight doesn't give legal, forensic or expert-witness opinions.

04Acceptable use

Upload only images you have the right to process under your organization's policies and the law that applies to you. You agree not to:

  • upload unlawful content, or images you obtained unlawfully;
  • use VeriSight to harass, profile or monitor people;
  • send automated or bulk requests, or try to get around the usage limit;
  • probe, disrupt or reverse engineer VeriSight or the models behind it;
  • resell or repackage access to VeriSight.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

05Your images

You keep all rights to the images you upload. You allow us to process each image only as needed to run the analysis and return your report. We don't keep images or reports once the analysis ends; the privacy policy explains how they are handled.

06Our content

VeriSight's software, design, text and illustrations belong to us. You may print, save and share your reports and use them in your review work, including in case files.

07Availability and changes

VeriSight is free to use. We may change, limit or discontinue any part of it, including the checks it runs and the usage limit, at any time and without notice. Analyses may at times be slow or unavailable.

08No warranty

VeriSight is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that results are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose, or that VeriSight will be uninterrupted or error-free.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, reputation or opportunity, arising from your use of VeriSight or from decisions made using its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using VeriSight after a change, you accept the updated terms.
